What are your shipping lead times? Can I expedite my order?
Our standard carrier is FedEx Ground or United States Postal Service (USPS). Most orders ship from our warehouse within 1 to 4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We are located in Rockford, Minnesota USA and most orders will generally arrive within 5 business days once they have shipped. Online orders can be expedited at additional cost (this cost will apply even to orders that normally qualify for free shipping). Please reach out to us toll free at 800-537-4275 to see if you are able to expedite your order. Expedited orders must be placed before 10am CST to guarantee same-day shipment.
Does Shark ship internationally?
No. Unfortunately at this time, we do not ship outside the United States.
Does Shark ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
Yes, we can ship to AK or HI. Due to the cost of shipping to these locations, our free shipping minimum is $200 USD.
