RETURN POLICY
Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, must be provided and we will not accept any returns made 30 days or more after purchase. We unfortunately cannot accept direct returns for any purchases made on any third-party sites; please contact the original website at which you made your purchase. All returns must be shipped back to our location in Rockford, Minnesota USA and return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued once Shark has received the return and has determined the product is in resalable condition. To contact us about a return, please reply to your original emailed order confirmation (preferred method) or call us toll free at 800-537-4275. Refund:
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, you will be notified by e-mail of receipt of the product. You will be notified of the status of the refund within 14 business days. A credit will be issued to your credit card.
Return Shipping Costs:
All customers are responsible for paying their return freight. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item costs over $100, it is advised to use a trackable shipping service. We will not refund or be responsible for any items that were lost in transit back to Shark Industries, Ltd.
WARRANTY POLICY:
GENERAL POLICY: All Shark Industries products are warrantied against manufacturer’s defects. Any warranty or responsibility does not apply to any products that have, in the opinion of Shark, been deemed improperly used, altered, abused or excessively worn.
WELDING HELMETS: All Shark Welding Graphic helmets come with a 2-year warranty on the lenses. The headgear on the helmets is warranted for 1 year.
WELDERS: 3/1 – Shark welders carry a 3-year limited warranty. The transformers and rectifiers are warranted for 3 years. All other mechanical parts are covered under warranty for a 1-year period (labor and parts). All consumables are excluded under the warranty. Call 1-800-537-4275 for any other questions or assistance regarding warranty or repair on your Shark welder.
PRO-TACK WELDERS: The Pro-Tack welder comes with an 18-month warranty against manufacturer defects. Any change or modification done to the product voids all warranty. Shark does not warranty breakage or damage on any parts or machines that have been repaired by the customer.
