RETURN POLICY

Warranty/Return Policy:

All Shark Industries Products carry a 30 day warranty against manufacturing defect.  We always want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases and strive to have your satisfaction with the product and our service as our main goal.   Obviously, abrasives are a consumable product and are warranted against a defect that could cause the item to break prematurely, as long as it has not been abused or used to cut the wrong material.

  1. The items must be unused (unless it is in the case of warranty) and in the same condition it was received; as well as in original packaging when it is returned. All products should be returned to us within 30 days with the paperwork that was shipped with the product enclosed.
  2. If you do not have the original paperwork, please enclose a copy of a proof or purchase such as the receipt or a copy of the receipt.

Also, e-mail a copy of your original paperwork to orders@sharkind.com so we know

your return is on the way.  Please specify the reason for the return on the paperwork.

 

In certain cases, only a partial refund will be granted; such as a cut-off wheel that is returned

totally or almost totally used up.  Also, in the instance of a part that was obviously used for the significant life of the product; or had been tampered with or altered or used on an improper tool with higher RPM rating than the abrasive was manufactured to.

Refund:

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, you will be notified by e-mail of receipt of the product.  You will be notified of the status of the refund within 14 days. A credit will be issued to your credit card.

Return Shipping Costs:

All customers are responsible for paying their return freight.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If your item costs over $100, you may want to use a trackable shipping service.  We will not refund or be responsible for any items that were lost in shipping during the return which never arrived to us.
