Low-hydrogen, all-position electrode which is designed for use on AC welders. Much easier starting and smoother running than conventional 7018 electrodes which do not run well on older 180 and 225 Amp machines. High strength. Excellent for welding hardened steels with no preheat and on cold roll steel exhibiting excessive porosity when welding with conventional electrodes.
