Diana Mini, President of Shark Industries, Ltd., Honored by Twin Cities Business

Minnesota’s premier business publication, Twin Cities Business magazine, has released their annual list of Notable Women in Manufacturing for their December 2021/January 2022 issue.
Shark Industries’ own founder and president, Diana Mini, was chosen to be among their Best-In-Class executives.
Diana started Shark Industries nearly 40 years ago in 1983, and has grown her company each year and provided valuable employment to the small town of Rockford that Shark calls home. In 2020 Diana led Shark through the turbulent Covid-19 pandemic to see a 5% increase in sales and continues to initiate innovations within the company to foster its growth.
Outside of work, Diana is passionate about animals and Opera. She was a board member of the non-profit Playworks, which promotes the expansion of recess and playground games for K-8 children. This teaches them leadership, team building and many other qualities necessary for personal development and growth; as well as reduces bullying in the process.
